We make use of Applied Biosystems 3730xl DNA Analyzer (96 capillary) and Applied Biosystems 3500xl Genetic Analyzer (24 capillary) on which we sequence microsatellites and SNPs, this equipment is the Gold Standard for high throughput genetic analysis. We also make use of MassARRAY Dx for targeted mutation testing with up to 50 DNA variants in a single PCR reaction using mass spectrometry as well as Bio-Rad CFX96 Real-Time System for mutation testing utilising probe-based real-time PCR.
